How we handle your information
We collect the minimum needed to run the site, we tell you exactly what that is, and we never sell your data. Last updated: August 2026.
1Who we are
Master DXF ("we", "us", "our") operates masterdxf.com, a library of DXF, SVG and DWG design files for laser cutting, plasma cutting and CNC machining. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect from visitors and customers, and how it's used.
2Information we collect
We use Google Analytics to see which pages are viewed, time spent, general region and device type. This data is aggregated and doesn't directly identify you.
Purchases are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that under its own PCI-DSS security standards.
Used only where required, for Google Analytics to function and for Stripe's checkout to process payment securely.
3How we use it
To operate and improve the design catalog and site experience, to process your purchases and deliver the files you buy, to provide support if you have a question about an order, and to understand overall traffic patterns.
4Do we share your data?
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We only share the minimum data necessary with the service providers below, so they can do the specific job we use them for.

6Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to handle support requests, refunds, or legal obligations. Purchase status is stored securely on our infrastructure so paid files stay accessible to the buyer who bought them. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' own default retention settings.
7Your choices
You can disable cookies at any time through your browser settings — note that some features, such as checkout, may not work correctly without them. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
8Children's privacy
Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
